I tried that twice, the best I could get was a bsb and account number and told to reference my HIN holder number when I deposit the money? They asked me not to share the bank account details? how strange, who cares about their bank account details and who has it.
Really backward the whole process!!! how hard is it to just issue holders with a BPAY details FFS
