Net i think its good to have decent instos on the register. But these are the things to watch and test management on in my opinion.

• Why wasnt the prorata entitlemnt sufficient to avoid retail dilution? Alternatively the $35mln total cap raise could have been split 50/50 insto and retail entitlement. Just want to understand the thinking about retail vs instos, as this company has a lot of deals ahead of it. I see that investors can apply for overs in the entitlement offer. good.
• Not clear at first read if the placment stock can participate in the entitlement offer.
• Give us VERY clear explanation of how this cash will be put to work to expedite the commercialisation process. What will now be done that was not possible to do without the funnds? If that clarity cant be given the the benefits of the placement are more vague and intangible which might be okay but...?
• What is the end game for shareholders here? Are we looking for a takeout? If not, if Weebit is what we think it is, then one day it will be listed in USA. That process could back to back with a big insto capital raising. I dont want retail investors to be further diluted in that process. Alternatively this company could be taken private at a crap price and then reflaoted in the USA. This copany has a lot of deals ahead of it with value progressively becoming more tangible and hence any dilution more real. So really wat to know their mindset on retail vs insto
• How close to management are these institutions?
• Would you look to do an insto placment to Australia? Why why not?
