its better if you keep pushing management for a good deal. no dilution is better.
dollars aside, if this companay has 10 more capital raises of this size (easy) and you get diluted 5pct each time, it can add up such that your investment $$ value would be 40pct+ less than what it would have been without that dilution. I get it though that if you are gonna 10x your money vs 9.5 no big deal. I guess the point is that these things dont have to be mutually exclusive, they can do placements and not dilute retail at the same time.
