Now please let me explain this Subject:-

If You were an Old Miner and You stumbled acsoss a possible Rich Find wouldn't You stake out the available surrounding Areas before You made the Formal Lodgement of Your Find. I think RBM would by now have some rough idea what the Airborne Survey has produced initially and would now be in the process of producing the full details.
This is why to me the Announcement last Wednesday seemed a 'Smoke Signal'.
(The present possible push down of Share Prices in general to suit Tax Loss Positions seems a good position in which to Buy some RBM from. Please carry out Your own Research).
