disappointing discount and we have been diluted again by just under 10% if we do not participate. The entitlement offer only allows us to remove 2.5% of the dilution. Good rason provided for the cap raise, management have given a free payday to institutions again, we will be forced to buy on market at higher prices to avoid dilution.
