Exactly ... as you suggest ... nothing surer that WBT will conclude agreements with partners and customers because WBT management ALWAYS delivers on what they say they will. Begs the question ... why on earth would anyone sell now on the announcement of such a brilliant 4C?
WBT is the stock of the century and apart from traders ... I actually feel sorry for those selling out of fear as they simply have NFI what they are doing imo.
