I agree in attracting top people. Coby mentioned that they are in the process of setting up their own laboratory in Isreal, and it is near completed.
Some of the worlds brightest in the semi conductor industry are Isreali. Setting up in Isreal will help entise those that for family reasons that do not wish to maybe move abroard.
