The conflict was initiated early Oct and I dare say the last thing on their minds in the first few weeks was turning up to work.
Anyways a quick back of the envelope calculation would imply they could easily save 200-250K over the 3 months if 10 of the 50 employees took no paid leave, assuming avg salary of $100k.
Put in Coby’s change and you wouldn’t be too far off the 1.3M in variance QoQ.
