The part where WBT are now talking to Chinese vendors intrigues me
I think the Chinese would jump all over this given the chance
By saying this is WBT throwing out a subtle hint for the non Chinese market to get their act together
Or is WBT preparing to tackle the very lucrative
and likely fast moving Chinese market
Fascinating why this appeared in the 4C
