Going by the selling action today the traders and shorts seem to think it is months away, but the company gave no indication of potential timelines, so it could be only days away or much longer, I suspect that it will cost the shorts a small fortune if the IP transfers with SkyWater gets announced much sooner than later, I get the feeling that the IP transfers are very close.
