I particularly liked this gem in the embedded 22nm development:
"The Company is working with development partner CEA-Leti to design a full IP memory module integrating a multi-megabit ReRAM block targeting an advanced 22nm Fully Depleted Silicon On Insulator (FD-SOI) process."
That should capture some more customers in due course, where those customers need a larger array than the 1-megabit that will satisfy many applications.
