oh,ReRAM is incredibly easy to make work.... many many teams have done it.... the real question is can they make it work WELL ???? Remember teams like Sandisk, Toshiba, Sony all built multi GIGABYTE chips a dozen years ago, Weebit is Still at ONE MEGABYTE!
Samsung dropped it because MRAM offers better performance, and Samsung is more in the high end space, a few cents here or there won't be important when you're talking about $1000 watches or Earpods......
The big boys can do this stuff with their eyes closed.... Thats why Coby is targetting smaller players like DB & OnSemi who don't have the capabilities of the leading memory developers.
