demand for memory is only growing ....fast....
if they can get it into the foundries on a line as a standard process, demand will then drive development iteration as the foundries and IDMs' grab the expanding revenue opportunity - very like hbm imo except far more cost effective with superior performance ( better energy x execution time)
as a standard rule:
on volume 1000 units deliver 25% cost saving
on volume 10000 units deliver 40% cast saving
iteration development and expanding customer base drive larger margin cost savings - money for jam as far as the foundries and IDMs are concerned
just my opinion
