Fact is their ReRam was obviously expensive to make vs performance if they claim it didn't offer "distinctive value"
Samsung are losing market share to TSMC quickly. They need to start to take some risks and win business.
Must be very scary for Samsung to see TSMC utilizing ReRAM for most cost sensitive applications and other applications and have no solution.
MRAM is too expensive and the magnetic field issue is an issue.
Will help if customers are going to Samsung asking for WBT ReRAM.
