“We are executing on our commercialisation strategy and are progressing on multiple commercial opportunities with potential partners and customers. Some are looking at fabricating at SkyWater’s foundry, while other potential customers are exploring using Weebit’s technology at other foundries.'
Coby has stated this multiple times. Actual volume production may well be 12 -24 months away, as chibba says - and I don't have any argument with that approach.
As far as the SP goes, that completely discounts how the market and larger institutional investors will react once Weebit, as a matter of course, starts announcing multiple companies AND foundries as partners and customers. Coby and Dadi have said they are dealing with virtually everyone in the semiconductor/memory space all over the world. Many will be household names. When WBT start signing them up there will be a cascade effect. It won't be one customer coming into production in 18 months then another in 18 months and so on, it will be multiple customers and fabs progressively coming on stream in a relatively tight and continuous time frame.
As the dominos WBT have lined up start to fall and production timeframes become less guesswork and more exact, the SP will rerate in anticipation long before the first revenues begin to trickle in. And when the trickle becomes a torrent...
