The brokers get the opts only. 2.5 mil wasnt all placed to brokers...in fact most will go to soph investors (who dont get the oppie) ALSO, the option is unlisted so its worthless until the stocks over 3 cents - hardly a bonanza
All this griping about a 17% discount !!! You mean two tenths of a cent discount to market? ..okay
Pro rata issues are very expensive and slow..they cant appoint a new CEO until the $ are in the can and I'd rather not wait 3 months for what they just did this week.
