Agree flec, great points there.
i suspect this is most likely a precursor to customer announcement IMO, and just an initial part of a broader agreement. The fact that they announce this small amount is good IMO because it now means they dont have to announce the details of the later payments which would give away certain information to competitors which we dont want. All speculation obviously, but I cant see any other way of interpreting it IMO.
