WBT were very advanced with one particular customer through SkyWater (the one that they were assisting in regard to a particular 3rd party IP package). I think it is a far bet that they have finally got this customer across the line.
However, the agreement clearly remains confidential. There could be many reasons for this, ranging from it being a very hush-hush defense contractor, to simply that they do not wish to preempt the customer's own announcement to market.
All IMO.
