They would not be planning a trip with the intention of discussing an announcement per se, under director disclosure rules they must make the announcement as soon as it becomes relevant.
I would also note that they have not been here for two years and may simply be coming down to maintain investor relations.
In any case, I'd be very pleased to receieve a welcomed announcement prior to them coming but am not specifically expecting one.
