I'd personally hold off... The business model pattern and real grasp at something great here plus the potential of dividends... I think some patience could take us to a place we would be very happy with. Being a co-owner of a successful, profitable business is more important to me than a quick check-out.
Checking out early is for me saying this is overpriced so I'm happy to hand it off and the profit model doesn't fit for solid growth... That's not the impression I'm getting for this at all. Happy to see the story grow to the point we can surpass $40 as our normal share price. 5-10 years from now... I don't need the money now.
