    Yeah looking at the announcements re: Skywater. Tapeout was announced 29/06/2022 and WBT then announced they had received the wafers on 8/11/2022.
    Given 22nm tapeout was announced on 3/01/2023, if you were to follow the Skywater timeframe then it would take you to 15/05/2023.
