Following on from Walks pondering a CR - where he says
"However, I would prefer any raise be undertaken after a suitably exciting commercialisation announcement (customer / tier 1)" on the basis that the share price would be much higher than the current circa $7 - maybe Coby has secured another cornerstone investor that has been prepared to stump up at a significant premium to the current SP on the basis of an impending Tier 1/customer deal?
Pure speculation and just a thought bubble?
