I tend to agree. I would just add that we should consider that he might just be trying to get ahead of the curve. By which I mean that, if the company is thinking about a sizeable Cap Raise towards the end of the year, then they might be thinking that now is a good time to make some initial connections, give them time to do their due diligence, come back and negotiate, and only after a while there may be an agreement. This could take 3- 6 months for a major institution or venture capitalist. So, yeah, something may be on the cards now, or equally it could just be stage 1 of a longer process. Just thinking out loud.
