Question raised to him - "what's currently your biggest roadblock" - his response (not verbatim) - "The bureaucracy in Tier 1's and the difficulty in getting an agreement in place with them". He went on to say this is why they deliberately went with Skywater - they could never have got to where they are in the same Timeframe with a tier 1. - and because they have achieved what they have with Skywater they now have the Tier 1's coming to them!
Re CR - Right now they have plenty of cash but he made it clear that at some point in the future they most likely have to do another raise (to speed up development/expand resources to meet demand) - but they are in a great position because it will be done for the right reasons and on their terms.
