as per the analysts / broker papers signing fees are in the hundreds of thousands... Not enough to justify a 400mill market cap you gotta wait for the royalty 1-5% cheques to start coming in... that's probably about 3 years after contract signing... So you still have heaps of time to buy more more more!!!!
