Just like the ann says “new and existing” sophs and instos support the raise of $12m at 1.7

So imo the idea expressed by some that these very same existing investors will be eyeing off adding more just to flip at a relatively meagre profit would seem contrary to the beliefs that see them invested in this company in the first instance, particularly when they’ve had the chance to sell existing holdings at a significant profit of late. Not saying some won’t but imo most will stick.

Imo these bigger cornerstone/soph/insto placements always need to be discounted as payment for capital and I’m yet to see one that doesn’t cause ripples amongst retail holders.
