Agree with your technical assessment.
Have to reiterate IMO that BOD are not showing how to get maximum value from a CR, for the company or for holders.
We will see some traders active for a while who got in at $1.70.
Then hopefully some benefit from the $ raised in early 2021.
I think that some prospective tier 2 partners may be asking, are you prepared to put up some development $.
If so, there could be yet another CR mid 2021. Only IMO. DYOR.
I will put my hand up for the allocation, but don't expect to get much.
