i could list many reasons why it was smart . . and explain how the headline discount that many are quoting is skewed by Friday's rise . . and . . well i could go on and on

but at the end of the day what is the market saying? if your views were right the share price would be $1.70. the market is absorbing anything that gets offered up under 2.10 like a giant vacuum cleaner. just half mil shares and options combined traded in 2 hours. the supply is super tight.

i have to admit though i am very biased with the 'are mgmt good stewards of my capital' as they have turned 300k into 1.5mil for me in approx 3 mths . . and i truly do expect them to go 5 x over next 12 mths from here.

full cash position including options exercise is 30 odd mil . . do i trust mgmt to use that well .. . thats a big yes from me!!

if your fears are still focused on the discount i would encourage you ti take 10 steps back and look at the board . . the product . . the market need/opportunity . . China multi billion focus on semi conductors .. again could list 5 things to focus on that jf you did what you woukd see was a company with a 300m mkt cap . . fully funded . . on very of bringing world changing tech to market. focus on that and not you little 'but there was a discount' mentality and yiur mindset will totally shift.

even . . devils advocate . . they did mess up.and gave an exta 20c discount. my one and onpy question. what do you feel wbt could be valued at in 3 yrs . . are you in or out?
