Even if the company issues another 4m shares @$5 to raise another $20m, dilution is only about 1%

Calculation:
Let's say the share price was, or should have been, $7 before the CR.

173m shares at $7 = $1.21b
Add 9m shares @5 = $45m
Add another 4m shares @5 = $20m

Market cap = $1.276b
Total shares = 185m
Share price = $6.90 which is 1% less than where we started at $7.

If we start with SP of $9, dilution is 3%.

Overall, only a wee bit of dilution.

An extra $20m in the hands of this quality management and BOD, will generate a significantly better return to shareholders than the 1% or 3% dilution we lose.

So Coby, please take all the money on offer from the existing shareholders in the SPP and turn our wee bit of money into an even bigger bit of money.
