I think this may be the reason why they are selling as it's an obligation by law in israeli to pay tax straight away hence the selling as the 3b comes out.
I cannot copy the link but the last interview Coby did with Mark from TMT Anylitic talks about this problem for Israeli investors don't know if someone can post that interview or not I couldn't.
