I would expect a pretty scaled back SPP with only $1million limit overall and $15,000 per holder.
I will be applying for the maximum. I like this announcement - The raising is for a specific reason/strategy.
I know many feel it is too early, however I have held many companies who wait too late with dire consequences. The directors are best placed to know what expenses we have and what background talks are occurring.
