Big news for WBT. Breaking down the quote about Tier 1 foundry and semiconductor customers... WBT stated in the past that they wanted to work with Tier 2 customers initially. This would allow them to qualify and develop with potentially more freedom under more favourable conditions and financial terms.
I'm thinking now that the Tier 1's have woken up to the reality that they need to get onboard. This could mean WBT have the advantage at the negotiating table.
