I'm no expert on qualification process (maybe one of our resident guru's can give a more educated response) but my read on the endurance results is that it it has met the benchmark of the JEDEC standards - as that's what the quali is designed to show. It doesn't mean its endurance isn't far superior just doesn't measure for it - hence the follow up line "Weebit is now working to extend the qualification to even higher temperatures and endurance levels".
