I honestly think accepting an offer of $10 billion would be very short-sighted. I don’t think they’ve come this far just for a take over bid; I’d be very very surprised if this happened. WBT has the potential to be worth a heck of a lot more than $10 billion over time and the potential of future dividends, to provide consistent income, would be more beneficial for management and holders than a big payout. As always, just sharing my thoughts and not intended as financial advice
