Today's announcement is equivalent of the 14 Jul 2021 announcement about the tapeout to 130nm which was in Skywater's fab, but Skywater wasn't named until the commercial agreement announcement on the 9 Sep 2021. So based on that we should expect another announcement of a commercial agreement naming a tier 1 fab within 2-3 months.
