Your figures are wrong, the embedded market forecast is 2.6b by 2025/2026

GF already have MRAM @22nm FD-SOI which obviously isn't selling very well. Which is why they want WBT ReRAM.
My rough figures suggests its possible that ReRAM gets upwards of 60-70% of that market with 2 players.
