No not quite, we are adding value by bringing key elements together Rice design, Leti fabrication skills to advance the tech to commercial scale and eventually partnerships with manufacturers.

There are several sorts of IP here. One is the technical IP on how to develop a working SiOX reram. That's Rice.

Then there is how to manafacture it to scalability, account for tolerances at scale and how to compensate for certain effects as you increase density and ensure how to optimise it and that knowledge is tied up with the people who are taking it to commercial standard. We pay Leti to provide that to us as our partner.

WBT will coordinate, find the manufacturing partner, and take to production. We have tangibly been doing that, and faster than others so far.

If Rice walked, they'd be back at day one of the commercialisation process with someone else and years behind. As you may have noticed, we arnt the only show out there.
