lol brilliant??? Really? Raising at 30% discount is not brilliant. Nor is the fact it clearly leaked from one of the parties involved.
Especially if you're as good as you say and as close to monetisation as you say. The future of memory should not have needed a 30% discount to VWAP to attract capital
