By my calculations, $55M @ $5.00 equals 11M shares if SPP is fully subscribed, equating to approx. 6.33% dilution.
Not a bad trade-off considering what WBT will be able do with the money. This will really turbocharge R&D, enabling the company to move forward with development of their own discrete selectorless ReRAM chips, among other things.
