Maybe the insto is baulking now given the blow up by shareholders (hoping in vain).
I won't be surprised if down the line this come/s back to bite someone on the arse.
Hypothetically speaking, I'd love nothing more than to join a class action off the back of a successful ASIC prosecution against a wealthy organization with deep pockets who it has been proven had partaken in illegal activity (hypothetically speaking, of course nothing to see here).
