Actually,interesting question coming through looking at things from the reverse lens,why wouldn't a manufacturer not want reram from Weebit Nano
Wouldit be due to cost or?
Lackof time in the market to prove out the reliability or something else.

Honestly,and even when I try to remain you know humble, but when I was at the GSAconference, one of the CEO's was talking to me and he said, well, you know thecompetition has dwindled you know, there's several of the competitors have disappearedand he said so I actually have only two options, you know TSMC that they havereram, and you know all of the other fab's it basically will have to be Weebit so,it was kind of now you know, I don't want to overdo things and overstate things, but really today I believe that all of the fab’s in the world need reram.
Someof them might not understand it yet, but basically, I think more practicallyall of them already do understand it.
Andwe are in a very good position right now and that's why we're also having thesediscussions with these potential fab’s
