The main issue with the current 150 degrees C is its all Flash technology, which has the scaling issue + endurance (e.g., Tesla wearing out their Flash)
On top of that WBT ReRAM is also
F A S T E R
and
C H E A P E R
Surely WBT would get a look in to replace all those Flash MCUs on cost alone
On top of that if MRAM is having issues getting to 150 there is no better solution.
