Yes ReRAM will be cheaper to manufacture, but retooling is more expensive than continual production, so NO ReRAM will not 'REPLACE' flash in all those MCUs, but YES WBT will get a look in for all NEW product families, Coby needs to sign now, as you can see by this announcement its 2.5 years from announcement to demo chips, will be 4-5 years until full production... Not sure everyone hear realises it could be the same for WBT...4-5 years for royalties.... But NOt much demand for Grade 0 (in my uneducated opinion), as grade 0 is really only required next to the engine, with the migration to EVs over the next 10 years they will only need grade 1 at most. And YES there were some idiots at Tesla who used the MMC chip for logging, which it wasn't designed for. Tesla just overcome that issue with a larger chip. Remember WBT's largest chip is 1MB, the new Tesla MMC chip is 64,000 MB, so you 've got a long long long way to go just to catch up.
