    Exactly - I meant the same regarding the "Replacement" of ReRAM into these SoC's.

    Nothing will get 'replaced' but all new MCU's could have ReRAM embedded which is cheaper, faster, has better retention and is certified for higher temps.

    Absolute no brainer for anyone developing MCUs
