It is difficult to establish just how many of the sells in the queue are genuine, in my view. If you can see the whole queue in your system, you may see there are several quite large sell orders much higher in the queue than the current sp. Now, you might think these are holders just waiting patiently for the sp to reach the heights of their order/s eventually.

I am more inclined to think the sell queue is being stacked to make it look like there are almost as many sell orders as the total of buy orders. Without such stacking, the sell queue might be very lean and the real picture might be the buy order total outweighs the sell order total convincingly. This may encourage the buying that the stacking is attempting to suppress, but I'm not a psychologist.
