yep....they have arrived at the same breakthrough on doped silicon chips (SiOx) as WBT some ten years back
booked a slot with IMEC for R&D over the next 12 months and are a Uni operation looking to leverage the Edge with their Reram ....
time horizon?....5 to 8 years most likely

Intrinsic are yet to enter R&D development for a working cell with production value at IMEC....so its pretty clear they are quite a way from commercialization of any sort....and they are talking the Edge??? sub 10nm logic chips ??......( dreaming imo)
