I don't believe the ASX knows the ASX rules. Their own rules state that new major contracts are price sensitive.
The major contracts BRN has had were price sensitive. I believe there's a conflict of interest somewhere in the ASX team.
Weebit had a previous price sensitive announcement adjusted by the sketchy ASX team. When they had their wafer produced ready for testing the announcement was made not price sensitive, and again the BRN equivilent announcement was deemed price sensitive.
