• DB Hitek's customers include Intel, Sony, Qualcomm, Toshiba, Texas Instruments etc
• We now have access to all of these customers, representing a very big step forward for us
• We're licensing our technology to DB Hitek, so are getting payments for that, but the key will be once we start licensing to their customers and then we will be getting licensing fees, potential engineering payments and royalties from the sale of their products that have our technology in them
• So the potential here is very big, it's tens of millions of dollars from this and potentially even more, so it's a very important deal for us and we're very excited by it
• Once the other foundries see there are these agreements in place, it will open more deals and get additional foundries on board
• The largest segment in semi-conductors is memory, right where WBT sits
• WBT practically the only independent company that can work with anyone in this space
• Very disappointed that the ASX downgraded this latest announcement to non-price sensitive
• Moving forward, plan to sign deals with more foundries and customers and before end of this calendar year start to see initial revenue
