The BIG money will see this over the next few days.
It is not an earth shattering announcement buit it is a solid announcement validating the major foundries' interest in adopting the tech. To WBT's credit it is a non-exclusive agreement.
It is time to get WBT as an emerging necessity in a portfolio.
