That article explains why I think WBT may well become a sought after take over target. In fact with so few shares on issue it would be relatively easy for a big player to build a sizeable position in the company by steadily buying shares on market ... beginning today as I have no idea why any one would be willing to part with precious WBT shares for such a low price. But that's the ASX for you. As someone pointed out earlier ... if WBT was listed on the NASDQ we'd have a MC of at least double what it is now.
